When users get their document approved they want to see who is using their report. This can be achieved by adding a list of users that have visited the report. Data to be displayed [User - date and time last viewing]

  • This information can be actionable when certain advisors are using their report they are able to take action with them (Collaboration).
  • Also users get feedback that people are actually viewing/using their reports.
  • It is not enough to simply show the amount of views, since this information is not actionable.
