Closes #218

  • Sets up codespace with an install of musicbox so that it is easy to use the tool without people having to figure out how to install a python package
  • Includes some stripped down waccm data to pull conditions from
    • The attached screenshot shows a successful run of the extraction tool with the zip file in the sidebar. People will be able to right click and download that
