Description

The Noah WRFv4 scheme was added in addition to the existing Noah, NoahMP and RUC land surface models for testing HWRF physics in the UFS (HAFS).

The Noah WRFv4 scheme is no longer maintained and not required, since Noah MP will be used by HAFS. The scheme needs to be removed, together with data, logic and regression tests that were added to fv3atm/ufs-weather-model specifically for this scheme.
