Change dimensions of arrays dku/dkt in moninedmf.f/satmedmfvdifq.f

PR #607 added new diagnostic variables to schemes hedmf (in moninedmf.f) and satmedmfvdifq (in satmedmfvdifq.f).

In a follow-up PR, we will change the dimensions (including metadata) of these arrays to the full vertical_dimension = km, and make the corresponding changes in fv3atm. This is to avoid out-of-bounds errors when writing the new diagnostic errors to file.

Also check if any of these arrays is used in other schemes/files, for example satmedmfvdif.f.
