Current LDDTool only shows software version, e.g.

LDDTOOL Version: 0.2.2.6

At minimum, the software should also output the IM version this version of LDDTool is tied to.

Fixed with build 10a:

$ ./lddtool --version
LDDTOOL Version: 0.2.2.8 - Built with IM Version:1.13.0.0
