BUG: missing entry in HRD notebook

The notebook uses Eichhorn et al which is now missing from the query results. Everything else looks good, so it's either an issue upstream, or the results legitimately changed and we should switch to use a different paper.

Looking at it closely, this is the only resource missing, and while it's missing from after query using the ucd kwarg, it's still present in the original one.
