For scheduling goals we should be able to choose the parameter of a “to be scheduled activity” based on a resource.

  1. How do we reference the start time of another activity? Always reference the start and end time of some window.
  2. What does the logic statement for selecting activity parameters based on resource value look like? Constraint profiles can be a solution here.
