Pi chain spec v0.90

This spec include the JSON parameters to regulate the network of Musicoin(Network ID: 31415926) with 0 pre-allocation at genesis. Other parameters included as well. It's majorly for Parity use as a parameter compatible to GMC.

Release v0.3 to support faster boostrap

This release will let you test drive the mining on test chain( NetworkId = 55313717).

If you want to mine with this version, please run it up with "console" command:

$ ./geth console
