Sometimes when I leave a game then re-load it, some items disappear from my inventory. I've specifically seen this in Josharias Survival several times. Some of those times at least, the game closed by crashing, rather than closing cleanly. I can't remember whether this has occurred after the game closed cleanly.

There was no obvious pattern to which items disappeared.

Can confirm this:
Version: 5.3.0
Mods: Josharias Survival

Filled all inventory spots with sticks & stones, then quit world, closed game, and re-launched & re-opened world.

Continuing from prior screen shot, picked up one plant matter, then quit & closed the game, and re-launched & re-opened world.

Looks like changes to some inventory slots are getting saved, while others aren't - in the first quit/re-open setup, the last change before quitting was me dropping a stick and stone in all inventory slots; it retained the change to my main stone stack (which wasn't moved), but it didn't retain any of the stick stacks, or any of the single stone stacks.
