Config running without errors but fans not responding

Im using 9 Thermaltake Riing Quad fans with 2 controller boxes, the official program recognizes them.

The config starts and gives me no error, the cpu temp sensor is giving correct readings but the fans dont react if the temps go up. I closed and uninstalled everything that could have conflict with the program, also Ive tried to run first the official program for the fans to be detected and then kill the task and run ttcontroller.
