Open link in Chrome from Crosswalk WebView

First of all great job integrating the Crosswalk WebView! It's great to finally have an evergreen-WebView that developers can deploy themselves.

Unfortunately I can't open anchor with a target="_blank" anymore. In the old WebView this just opened a new tab outside of the app in the Chrome Browser. But in Crosswalk nothing happens when clicking on a link.

I upgraded from cca v0.1.0 to v0.2.2 and built the app for Android 4.4.4. Tested on Nexus 5/7.

I think that this might be caused by this Crosswalk bug: https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-2157 -- I'm keeping an eye on it, and hopefully it is resolved soon.

I'm testing a new android release of whiteout mail build w/ cca 0.3.1 and crosswalk. Clicking on links now works as intended -> opening an intent to display in chrome/firefox.
