I need some help with my hikvision camera and a pull request

Hi,
I am new to using the hikvision cameras and its integration, my question my be really broad so i hopefully I can find how to approach this.

Ok so I recently bought a iDS-2CD6810F/C camera for its counting people feature,
I need a way to get the real time data counter (enter/exits) without using the current hikvision web but I have not find a way to do it.
I also now that these data is store in the flash memory of the camera(wish haven't found a way to access).
I need to extract the data in order to show it in a 3rd party software.

Any help/guidance/suggestion would be really appreciate I am truly confused since I haven't find a way anywhere to do a way around.
