Yarn Fails to install properly yarn install issue, I was running the old web-app prior to v2, but now when I create a new repo with the latest branch I'm seeing these strange issues.

This looks to be a problem of yarn and I've resolved this error in particular by using this advice - yarnpkg/berry#2935 (comment)
But even with that fixed I get a number of other errors...
