App Insights will work on V2 and V3 functions now.

Page states that Monitoring Functions with App Insights is not supported but this should now only be true for V1 functions. See this issue for V3 - Azure/azure-webjobs-sdk#2263.

@whomanGHA Thanks again for bringing this to our notice, and you are right that the Azure Functions V2 and V3 do support Monitoring via Application insights and not V1. I have raised a PR to reflect these changes in the doc, it would be reviewed and merged to main docs repo early next week.
