I think here are some updates in the Tools sections needed.

  1. The Adaptive Card Viewer isn't available in the VS Code marketplace anymore.
  2. We should include the latest Adaptive Card Previewer extension instead. (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=TeamsDevApp.vscode-adaptive-cards)
