Hello Community,
I installed the portable version of miktex using the steps here (https://miktex.org/howto/portable-edition) with version basic-miktex-24.1-x64.exe.
When I did that in the past (longtime ago) with version 2.9.6942 in the folder R:\MikTex Portable 2.9.6942\texmfs\install\miktex\bin, latex.exe was present. This is not the case now. Is this normal?
