Describe the bug
Curtis and I have been investigating an issue but haven't yet pinpointed the precise steps to consistently reproduce it.
However, we've observed that the error tends to occur during attempts to initiate a Swap. Often the error preceded by a noticeable slowdown in the app's performance.
Error is present in 7.41.0 and in 7.42.0
