[Bug]: Transactions UI in the Portfolio

Describe the bug

When engaging in Swap or Send transactions from the Portfolio through the in-app browser, users encounter responsiveness issues, such as empty screen spaces and unintended actions, following their taps.

Experiencing issues such as the device keyboard appearing with an empty space above it after tapping 'Go back' following a confirmed Swap, or encountering similar challenges when inputting amounts in the Send flow.
Additionally, unexpected zooming in on the screen during interactions with the Assets fields or at various points in the flow.

Expected behavior

Responsive and correct layout of the transaction UI within the in-app browser.

Unable to reproduce for Android, but when swapping from Portfolio, switching networks is not possible:

Seeing this on current prod as well, so not an RC regression:

Additionally, I would expect this to be a mobile bug and not one with portfolio.

Temporarily assigning to mobile platform until know who would be better. The pattern that I'm seeing is that this white space at the bottom occurs whenever the cursor is in an <input /> within the page.
