Refresh RTF and derived artifacts under vignettes/ #206

Most artifacts under vignettes/ were last generated two years ago. Among them, the PDF files are being embedded in the pkgdown site.

As r2rtf has been updated 12 versions since then, it might be useful to regenerate these artifacts to incorporate possible improvements and reveal any potential issues, if any. This mainly concerns the files under

  • vignettes/rtf/
  • vignettes/pdf/
  • vignettes/html/
  • vignettes/docx/

Hopefully making such updates won't make the repo bloated.
