Environment

MegaMek Version: MekHQ v0.49.14 Development Snapshot
Operating System: Mac
Java Version: 20.0.1

Description

AES is allowed in the arms and legs of 'Mechs, including tripodal designs. MegaMek supports this, but a bug in the parser currently stops such designs from actually being loaded from a file.

I'll fix this in a minute, since I've already located the issue.
