As a 'developer' I want to have integration tests with a webhook consuming data from a github hosted project:

MUST: a servlet filter integration test using XHubFilter exists
MUST: a test github project exists
MUST: automated integration tests can register/unregister webhooks on this project
MUST: security of this test project is not compromised
