The button glow can mess up

Describe the bug

Occasionally the button glow can highlight the glow incorrectly, and sometimes also causes the buttons to be in different places. Not sure if it's a skin thing or not.

To Reproduce

Have a skin, have the windows 7 glow turned on, hover over something.

Additional information (please complete the following information):

OS Version : Windows 11, 23H2 build 22631.3880
Software Version : 2.3.0

What other third-party software do you use:
Windhawk (force borders mod and fat borders mod), the skin is Aero7-11 by LittleFox2024.

Additional context
I've seen the close buttons all mushed into the same place, and others faaar off the window.

unfortunately, it still happens even with every windhawk mod turned off, stuff's crazy
