Any Chance To Add Windows Vista's Opaque Window Behavior?

An option to restore Vista's Windows Explorer behavior. Making a maximized window black with white text or any color you want, with transparency and fog removed (white text, black opaque background with glass reflation). A separated option for active maximized window and inactive maximized window would be nice to make it more accurate.

I know there is a program called "Unglass for Windows 7" (OldUnglass.exe) which can sort of achieve it. But thing is it essentially just draw a black matte under the main screen windows. It doesn't work well on multiple screens setup as you will see the main screen turns to black if you maximized a windows on another screen

There is also another program called TranslucentTB
Unlike Ungless, it does support multi screens but it is for the taskbar only as in the name.

Although I'm not so sure if AWM with Open Glass can achieve that. If so, please tell me how
