买家联系客服时，发出的消息保存在数据库中，数据库中的记录显示发送方和接收方都为卖家，卖家在后台的聊天模块看不到买家发的消息，并且卖家发的消息不能保存在数据库中，这个应该怎么解决呢

创建一个id为5的用户就可以了
