Auto complete enhanced for sublime for editing cod bo3 csc, gsc, and zone files

- Every function from every script with arguments and hints
- Seperation of csc, gsc, zone, mp, and zm auto completes
- Namespace autocompletes from every script
- Custom helpful auto completes
- Comment using ctrl + / and ctrl + shift + /
- Color picker plugin for colored huds
