[1.18.2] Exploit with chests, any chest

Breaking chests with the adventurers guide duplicated the chest

the fuller the chest was, the smaller the chance for duplication was
I tested it with items a few times and it never duplicated the items, but it did duplicate the chest

I am hoping for a fix soon because i am opening my server with this mod and can't do it while it is like this

similar to issues #29 and #43
