Mark Spore/DOB with RGB++

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are two main kinds of assets being promoted as RGB++, xUDT and Spore.

Now, all xUDT tokens are marked with RGB++ while Spore collection/items are not. So the badge should be added.

Other protocols are not promoted as RGB++ so they don't have to be marked.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add RGB++ tag for Spore collections in NFT Collection List
2. Add RGB++ tag on Spore collection page
3. Add RGB++ tag on Spore item page
4. Add RGB++ tag on xUDT list page, next to the title because all xUDTs are RGB++, the tag can be omitted in the list.
