Support DOB0 for Spore protocol

A spore cell that conforms to DOB0 should have two fields named dna and pattern, which can be used as parameters for the DOB0 decoder service to get parsed into a list of attributes.

The attributes work as loot(https://www.lootproject.com/) and can be rendered as an image if some of them links to visual elements.

Basic support is expected to be done by 4/24
