I did download the latest MacDown client and was happy to see it has Graphviz Support now.
I tried to get a document rendered but did not manage to do so.
I did check my settings and on the "Markdown" page of the settings I found three labels but no options to change or enable Graphviz rendering.
I'm happy to provide more information.
I'm running the latest macOS version 10.15.1 (19B88)
Screenshot
I have both dot and graphviz installed.
brew install graphviz
Warning: graphviz 2.42.2 is already installed and up-to-date
dot -v
dot - graphviz version 2.43.0 (0)
