MTPy installation guide for Linux system

MTPy package can be run in any Python2.7 as long as dependency packages are installed. However, we prefer to use anaconda Python distribution for reasons including its self-consistency and strong scientific flavor,as well as being comprehensive and freely available.

Another benefit of using anaconda is that the user does not have to have admin privilege to install the software. All you need is enough disk space (>10GB) available for you to use.

So this user-guide will be focused to describe the installation of anaconda as the Python interpreter for MTPy.
