add SDL install guide to the project

hi, i noticed that installing and setting up SDL in IDE doesn't have a place in SBDL repository, maybe you think it isn't important here.
by the way maybe it is good to add this file somewhere in project or githubIO page

Also installing in Linux and Mac and Windows sections are needed. Configuring CMake or VisualStudio is should be added.

Whats your idea?? Where to put these guides? Maybe github Wiki. maybe in github.io. Maybe a markdown file in project.

all of them are good, a brief summry in markdown and detail instruction in wiki or github.io is a good option too
