I cannot install it with ubuntu 24.04 and ROS2 Jazzy

The online docs were updated before OSRF did the next Jazzy sync, so this error is expected to happen until the next sync within a few weeks.

In the meanwhile, a solution is to switch to testing packages, where all the latest MOLA packages are already updated.
