Move the tedana monthly developers' call date

Summary

The tedana developers' call has long been on the third Friday of the month. We've had a few months where several people had conflicts and it sounds like there night now be some standing conflicts. Based on a poll of a few regular attendees, the third Thursday of the month at 10:00AM EST might be better. With this change, your local time for the November meeting would be here.

Next Steps

• Decide how we want to decide if we want to make this change.
  • If none of the people who have attended a meeting in the last year and none of the @ME-ICA/tedana-devs oppose, the decision is easy. If there is opposition, discuss.
  • If there is support for moving the meeting, but Thursdays at 10:00 EST isn't good, re-poll the community.
• If the decision is made to change:
  • Move the timings on the tedana google calendar
  • Announce to the community a bit more widely than we do for our usual dev call.

Although I'm not a regular attendee, I could not still make it either on Thursday or Friday (pick up daughters at school). To me, the only possibilities would be either Monday to Thursday at 9:00AM EST and Tuesday or Wednesday also until 12AM EST. Don't worry too much if these options are not convenient. The decision was made at the last meeting to default to Thursdays and give people a chance to say if there are any issues.
