Avoid duplicated feature requests

Description

The deployment fails if users choose to set a stronger password for both MYSQL_PSW and MYSQL_ROOT_PASSWORD .
Let users set a more secure password and allow for a longer password than 32 digits (maybe even max 127) to ensure maximum security if wanted.
