Release of MDAnalysis 2.8.0

MDA release 2.8.0 is out — see the 2.8.0 release blog post for the many exciting new things!

• now under the GNU Lesser General Public License
• new Guesser API for better control over inferring missing attributes (element, mass, …)
• parallelization built into AnalysisBase — enable with a few lines of code
• new DSSP analysis class
• moved specialized analysis tools to separate MDAKits
