Video rotation fills the entire disk space

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. On a uploaded video, click the rotate button.
2. Don't do it again.

I have done it once, I don't want to try it again, but I thinks this was the issue.

Outch. I thought this would be disabled for video.

Well, arguably we should also fix the front end so that it doesn't display those buttons for video files, shouldn't we?
