Term listing filters not used on listing reload if term clicked on, edited, and saved

Fun behaviour.

• Go to Term listing, set some filters (e.g., language).
• Click on one of the filtered terms, edit it, and save it. The term listing reappears, but the filters aren't used ...
• Hit space or something in the search for the filters to be reapplied.

Fixed -- the filters were getting loaded too late. Now they're loaded from storage and then the table initialized.

Fixed in develop.
