how to disable built in definitions

hi I've been using this great extension for VS Code, but my Lua code runs in an environment where I don't have the regular globals

I've not been able to figure out how to disable the built-in definitions for those globals, or if it's even possible at all

There is currently no such setting, unless you modify the code.
Please open an issue.
