Description

  • As continuation the effort to migrating all tests under Jest, lisk-p2p tests should be also migrated under Jest.

Motivation

  • Reduce inconsistency in the elements testing frameworks.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Migrate all tests under Jest framework, remove Mocha from lisk-p2p dependencies.
