Show progress of genesis block

Expected behavior

Show genesis block progress, so that the end-user can know the progress.
ex: INFO lisk-framework: Genesis block loading progress: 55%

Actual behavior

After log Modules ready and launched the application appear to be in hang phase as its loading the genesis block.

Steps to reproduce

• Start the application and observe logs
• Between log Modules ready and launched and Blockchain ready it appears to do some work in background without any information

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
