"Account not found" error in Delegates

Expected behaviour

No error in console

Actual behaviour

Uncaught (in promise) {success: false, error: "Account not found"}
error: "Account not found"success: false

Steps to reproduce

Create new account or use account that didn't make any transaction, go to delegates.
Problem seems to be that we trying to call delegates without our account inicialized.
