Create transition wrapper component

Expected behaviour

We need a react component to handle our transitions animations by wrapping the target components/element inside and adding/removing proper css class names inn a timely manner.

Actual behaviour

Presently we are implementing transitions in multiple css files and separated from each other which increases the risk of inconsistency.
