Expected behavior

Should not make nonce out of sync after an edit of multisig transaction

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce

  1. Edit a multisig transaction and continue that flow to send the edit
  2. Open send modal and try to send a transaction
  3. Expected: Not show nonce out of sync
