Description:

In Lisk Desktop v3.0.0-beta.0, there is an inconsistency in the hover text displayed within the Register Validator dialog. The hover text suggests using the command "Lisk keys:generate" for generating the Generator key, BLS Key, and BLS proof of possession. However, the correct command to achieve this functionality is "lisk keys:create" within the CLI.
