Refactor the delegate profile to match the proposed architecture

Description

As a part of the Make Lisk Desktop blockchain agnostic, we should create a domain for user DPoS. We’ll have a dedicated domain for each consensus algorithm that Lisk Desktop is supposed to support, starting with DPoS.
The delegate profile should be updated to move to the DPoS domain directory, and support the new changes in the mainchain DPoS consensus.

Acceptance Criteria

• Move all the relevant components to the DPoS domain directory.
• Move Redux store actions, reducer, and middleware to the DPoS domain directory.
