Create Jenkins config to automate the builds

To reduce human errors and speed up the release process, we'd like to prepare the builds using Jenkins.
We need to update the configuration to run the builds for Mac, Linux and Windows.

Acceptance criteria

• Jenkins should prepare builds for each OS on every tag creation.
• If we delete and create the tags again, Jenkins should repeat the job with updated source code.
• The builds are not signed.
