Backport inconsistent log for apply unconfirmed transaction

The logs message for apply unconfirmed message is wrong, it does not indicate that the transaction is unconfirmed.

Expected behavior

Logs should say: "Apply unconfirmed transaction".

Actual behavior

Logs should say: "Apply transaction".

Steps to reproduce

Check the log for when there is an unconfirmed transaction, check the message in the log.

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)
