Adhemerval worked for IBM between 2008 and 2015, where he was involved in PowerPC driver development and later on toolchain. During that time he acted as a GLIBC maintainer, ported the PowerPC MCJIT to LLVM, worked on various library optimization (tcmalloc, libdfp, boost) for Linux. Adhemerval also engaged in various system optimization and evaluation, from HFT to dynamic languages. Today he works on system libraries and compiler optimizations.
