Running Calculate Clip Embeddings doesn't work on read only files #887

My photo library is set to read only on the host and in the docker settings for where the my 15 test photos are located.
the library is located in the container at /var/lib/librephotos/photos
if the folder on the host is set to read and write this issue doesn't occur.

Metadata in settings is either set to off or save to sidecar and this doesn't make a difference and the Running Calculate Clip Embeddings process still stalls on the first one. Looking at the logs it says access is denied on every file it tries to load.

  • 💻 Operating system: Unraid
  • ⚙ Architecture (x86 or ARM): x86
  • 🔢 Librephotos version: current latest available
  • 📸 Librephotos installation method Docker
    • 🐋 If Docker or Kubernets, provide docker-compose image tag: reallibrephotos/singleton
  • 📁 How is you picture library mounted (Local file system (Type), NFS, SMB, etc.): local and smb, trial is local
  • ☁ If you are virtualizing librephotos, Virtualization platform (Proxmox, Xen, HyperV, etc.):
