Include individuals "Pick leader notes" in the selection notification emails to pickers

Type of Issue: Feature request

Not a high priority but it could help to "bring people closer together" ;)

Steps to Reproduce:

• Create a harvest, mark the harvest as "Date scheduled"
• Create request for participation
• Reject it with some notes
• Mark the harvest as "Ready"
• See the emails sent to the picker

Expected Behavior:

• The body of the email contains an additionnal section only if the pickleader included some notes.
• The requests for particviaption update include a note saying that the content of the text field will be sent by email to the picker.
